Bath Finance & Investment Society

Bath University Finance and Investment Society offer members the unique opportunity to gain an insight into the world of finance. We run regular trading games online and offline to improve your fundamental understandings of the financial markets. Members will compete against each other and potentially members of other university investment societies in a league. To assist with this development we are liaising with companies to host one off trading games through the term.

We also provide a networking platform for our members to meet figures within the finance industry and enhance their applications and resumes for industrial placements and graduate recruitment schemes. A number of events and sessions are held throughout the year which will be attended by experienced industry professionals, offering their advice on potential improvements.

A number of banks will also be attending events organised by the society offering their own perspectives on the economy and global finance in general. This is to help in broadening our members’ perspectives and insights.
